Throughout history, people have turned to their dreams to help navigate seasons of uncertainty. Ubiquitous across cultures, faiths, and animist and monotheistic traditions, it was believed that dreams can access numinous information and connection, weaving a luminous thread between the seen and unseen realities. Indigenous Ways of Knowing have long honoured the wisdom acquired from dreams and modern psychology and science have explored the benefits of dream work on healing trauma and building resilience.

During June, I will be offering a dream circle for those longing to deepen their connection with their dream life. We will engage with the imaginal realm, writing, and creative practice to support the unfolding of the symbols and images of your dreams.

I have trained with Dr.Leslie Ellis in Embodied Experiential Dreamwork, a somatically oriented dream work practice that draws on active imagination and focusing, a process grounded in experiential listening developed by Eugene Gendlin, to cultivate the inner life.
