This 10-month immersion is designed for those who wish to move beyond the intellectual categories of the Enneagram into an embodied understanding of the map. This is not a training to teach the system, but a dedicated container to integrate it, supporting the work you already do by deepening the presence you bring to it.
Over ten months, we will travel the Enneagram as a dynamic inner ecology. We will explore how our enneagram-type is a sophisticated somatic strategy, a specific way our bodies have learned to navigate the world. For those in the helping professions, this course supports you sense the subtle archetypal patterns in your clients and students by first recognizing them deeply within yourself.
For Professionals (Therapists, Coaches, Educators): This immersion provides a map to help you work with the subtle dynamics of each ennea-type. You will learn to recognize Type-based tensions and defensive grips as they arise, allowing for a more nuanced, embodied approach to your existing practice.
For Seekers: You will learn to identify the habitual patterns of your personality, opening a doorway to respond to life with more curiosity, courage, and care.
Ecopsychological Integration: We will bridge the Enneagram with imaginative ways of knowing, exploring how our inner landscape mirrors the rhythms of the natural world.
The goal of this ten-month journey is experiential integration of the map. You will emerge with a refined embodied understanding of this profound psycho-spiritual map. By doing this deep work yourself, you naturally enhance your capacity to hold space for others with greater clarity, resilience, and somatic wisdom.
The Course Structure
Duration: 10 Months (September 2026– June 2027)
Rhythm: Two gatherings per month.Second and fourth Wednesday of the month
The Teaching Circle (90 mins): Second Wednesday of the month. Archetypal theory, head/heart/belly centres, each type under stress and in essence, instinctual variant. (11am -12:30pm PST)
Somatic Lab (60 min) Fourth Wednesday of the month.(Embodied practices to explore the felt sense of the centre of intelligence we're exploring that month) (11 am- 12:30 PST)
