Mentorship and dream work
Mentorship
When we deepen our commitment to practice, we are at times confronted with feelings of disorientation, waves of strong emotion, or simply a desire for clarification and encouragement. Unfamiliar energetic experiences can also arise during specific life events, particularly as we awaken the subtle body through our meditation training. During these times, personalized guidance and support can be of immense value. I offer mentorship to help both students and fellow teachers develop their personal practices and work skillfully with transitional and energetic experiences. Sessions can also be arranged to support teachers in preparing for their own classes and workshops.
Informed by my own direct experience, training in the Enneagram and community counselling, my approach is both intuitive and grounded. As an endorsed Insight Yoga Teacher and mentor to practitioners around the world, I gently guide and empower others to access their inner resources and wisdom nature in the distinctive contexts of their lives and work.
I have been mentored for 15 years by my primary teacher Sarah Powers and have turned to many other trusted guides in my various fields of study for one-on-one support.

Dreamwork
Throughout history, people have turned to their dreams to help navigate seasons of precarity. Ubiquitous across cultures, faiths, and animist and monotheistic traditions, dreaming provides guidance and connection with ancestors and spirits (Hughes, J., 2000). In the Asklepion dream temples of ancient Greece, where dream incubation was practiced for hundreds of years, it was believed that dreams could access numinous information and connection, weaving a luminous thread between the seen and unseen realities. Indigenous Ways of Knowing have long honoured the wisdom gained from dreams, and modern psychology and science have explored the benefits of dreamwork for healing trauma and building resilience. Reclaiming and reframing dreamwork as a necessary skill and capacity in times of descent opens a doorway to reconnecting with ancestral practices and ways of knowing. Fostering a connection to the numinous and more-than-human world through dreamwork could enhance creative response, belonging, and resilience as we navigate our inner and outer seasons of descent.
Iām now also offering sessions entirely devoted to dreamwork. The dream work is informed by my training in Embodied Experiential Dreamwork with Dr. Leslie Ellis.
