Carly is currently offering pre-registered, online classes to students who feel drawn to deepen their personal practice. These classes provide an intimate space for the transmission of in-depth teachings, and the cultivation of a consistent practice that can be accessed anywhere, at any time.
Each cycle of classes runs for 4 weeks. Your weekly online session offers a two-hour, inspired practice that includes:
A long, mindful yin sequence to nourish connective tissues and to cleanse the meridian system, which facilitates a contemplative, restorative pause
A 20-minute seated meditation practice to calm the mind and nourish the heart.
Readings and audio lectures to encourage and support the exploration of mindfulness within the context of everyday life.
A monthly group zoom call will also be offered to answer any questions about the practice and the themes we are exploring together. These calls will help to build a sense of community and connection despite our distance.
April's Online Session: The Courage to Begin. We journey into the season of spring exploring the archetypal energy of new beginnings and the vulnerability that arises in response to voyaging into the unknown. The spring is the season of planting new seeds and beginning the process of bringing our vision into form. Our 4 week session will support you in connecting with your deeper vision while energetically assisting the health of your liver and gallbladder.
